CHIEF INSTRUCTOR
Roles & Responsibilities
- - Manage other Instructors and upper-level Students to facilitate the BEST class experience.
- - Guide the long-term prorgress of students, from Beginner to Black Belt.
- - Maintain the highest quality of instruction through Lesson Plans, grading other Instructors, and holding Teams accountable.
Requirements
- - 5 years experience in Martial Arts, 2 or more as an Instructor
- - A true passion for teaching Martial Arts to all ages
- - Ability to learn, perform, and implement Legacy MA curriculum
Full Time, Salary Starting at $42k + Benefits
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Roles & Responsibilities
- - Build strong and deep connections with clients and families, up to and beyond the registration process.
- - Communicate with current and prospective members, including: social media, digital marketing, events, emails, calendars, and more.
- - Manage a Legacy School, in all areas not directly associated with the on-the-floor training.
Requirements
- - 3+ years of experience in management, sales, or reception
- - Great communication skills and a love for creating a welcoming environment
- - Excellent organization skills and focus
Full Time, Salary Starting at $42k + Benefits
Instructor/ Asst. Inst.
Roles & Responsibilities
- - Manage single or small groups of students during classes and assist the other instructors in all areas on the mats.
- - Learn how to run a class based on a Lesson Plan with the guidance of other Instructors
- - Build rapport and connection with students and parents
Requirements
- - Mid to High level of fitness
- - High energy and positive attitude, especially in working with kids
- - No Martial Arts experience necessary! Great position for learning the ropes and starting on the path towards Full Time
- - Ages 16+
